Hello, I'm Luca

My name is Luca Fantuzzi, creator of Stone Wave Travel, and I am a licensed Tour Leader and a Hiking Guide.

I divide my time between the mountains and the sea, two seemingly contrasting sides of my passion for discovery.

My terrain and refuge are the ridges and beech forests of the Apennines, as well as the rugged Ligurian coast and its villages, up to the mysterious lagoon and calli of Venice, in search of landscapes and stories to tell.

Whether it's hiking or exploring towns, with my proposals I try to convey the beauty and essence of places off the beaten path, choosing the most scenic and satisfying itineraries for the people who are with me.

I love showing people the places I love and I live in, so they can experience the sense of wonder I feel every time. This can happen in nature or in the city, which is why my itineraries include Parma, Venice and the Cinque Terre, as well as mountains and forests.

And of course, I never forget the pleasure of sitting down to good food, as any true Italian would.
